The force gage with an external load cell is designed for the measurement of compressive forces at hard-to-reach measuring points. The pressure cell is connected to the force gage by a sensor cable of approx. 3 m length and thanks to the small cell dimensions it ensures a versatile application. The force gage or the load cell has on the bottom of several threaded holes that allow a firm installation.
The force gage can operate at a sampling rate of up to 1600 Hz. The sampled measured values are displayed as an instantaneous value, as well as in a graph trace directly in the force gage.
The measurements can be stored in the internal memory or transmitted via USB interface with the included software with a maximum of 800 Hz as a live measurement.
The PEAK Hold function allows freezing of the highest measured value in the force gage until this value is exceeded or cleared.
The force gage offers the option of storing two limit values, which are continuously compared with the instantaneous value. When exceeding or falling below these limits, a signal in the display of the force gage, as well as a reaction via external interfaces, which can be used for example for the control of a testing machine.
