The torque tester is a handheld device for battery and mains operation with readings memory and interface for measuring the torque of fasteners, components, switches, drive shafts, etc. The torque tester has an output for pass / fail tests. A special feature of the torque tester are the two modes. On the one hand there is the display of instantaneous force and, on the other hand, the peak value for detecting power peaks. Another special feature is the display of the opening and closing force (right- or left-hand torque). In the torque tester, you can choose between the units: Nm, cNm, kgfm, kLb.in or cNm kgfcm, Lb.in. The measured value memory of the torque tester captures 1000 measurements. These can be read on thedisplay, or printedvia data transfer to the PC. The torque tester has a high internal measurement frequency and has three interfaces: RS 232, analog and Mitutoyo Digimatic. The color LED display of the torque tester lights up when the programmable thresholds for pass / fail tests are achieved: Falling below threshold (-NG), Good (OK) and exceeded (+ NG). The easily readable display of the torque tester represents the measured value, the mode, the direction of rotation, the unit and if the setpoint is exceeded.
