The UX 3081WQ moisture analyser is a special instrument for measuring moisture in most liquid and solid substances and materials. The operating principle is that substances are dried and weighed at the same time. The weight loss is shown in %. In order to achieve reproducible results for light-weight and bulky materials, the UX 3081WQ was designed with an XXL drying tray for the relevant batch quantities.
The UX 3081WQ can be used to measure samples e.g. brass chips at up to around 360 °C. It is also possible to measure samples weighing up to 400 g and with a volume of 360 cm³.
