Under strain of steel wire built in sensor, tensile force of steel wire will be changed,
if installed electric coil besides the steel wire vibrate the steel wire and then make a change in magnetic field, alternating voltage will be generated This frequency of output voltage is the same as that of steel wire, can measure the frequency
with the cable in vibrating wire measuring machine.
